Friendly staff and they happened to have the exact vehicle I wanted in stock. They appeared to have a decent inventory of quality used cars for those who are not exactly sure what they want as well. I definitely recommend John's Automart!

I purchased a car for myself and my son two weeks ago. And the process was really smooth. Tony was very knowledgeable and made sure that everything was done prior to me leaving, and he also followed up with any care notices and answered every question I had. Very upfront and honest guy!!!

I bought my first car at this dealership today and from start to finish it was a great experience. Elizabeth is so attentive and makes sure to help you in any way she can. She even stayed past closing to draw up my paperwork to make sure that I left with my Mitsubishi that day (for a great price btw) so I would not have to make another 40 minute drive from Scranton again. Everyone was also super helpful and polite. Definitely would recommend this dealership to my friends and family!

Where do I start…. From the first point of contact over the phone from Elizabeth after I put in my application, I knew I made the right decision to go to John’s Auto Mart! She had helped me more in 10 minutes more than any other dealer had in 2 weeks! Every step of the way she kept me updated and was very helpful with the whole entire process! BUT the most meaningful was I chose a car that was almost undoable for my situation, so I had thought I needed to pick another vehicle, when I got to JAM for my appointment Elizabeth and the team was able to work out a deal that I would’ve never imagined. Having the car that I absolutely was to die for and everything perfectly the way I had dreamed it to be.
